What is head voice and belt-only tracks? Why do they care how tall a singer is? Why on Princess (or is it celebrity) cruise line is the women’s starting height 5’3 while the men can be 5’1?
I left 5-6 years ago, so I dont know. What I do know is that there was a huge IT purge about 2 years ago from the top down.
I can tell you that we went on a Royal cruise with extended family over spring break and I had the same issues. It was frustrating, especially as the guy who was trying to make all the pre cruise bookings for the entire family
We love the old Frasier episode where he gets booked on a cruise ship and then finds out that all of the performers are has beens or worse. That included the sleazy Latin singer called The Barracuda.
Cori needs an editor, or a good class in writing. I learned that one early on.
Been on several Princess cruises....good bang for the buck IMO. Not a party line like Carnival even though they are owned by the same shipping line.
First off don’t believe what you hear on the news about the illnesses. Millions of people cruise every year without a problem. Also, do a little research on which line you want to cruise on, they are not all the same. Understand tips are now added to your onboard bill. Last time we cruised we only used our ships credit card for a couple of glasses of wine and our onboard bill was still $300. Just know what your getting in to. Would go again in a minute.
“Not a party line like Carnival “
Back in the ‘80s we went on Carnival. Once. It was a ghetto ship. Teenagers ripped bathroom mirrors off the walls. On decks, they had their boom boxes blasting. (My friend threw one of the boom boxes overboard after several requests to turn it down.) There was a hole in the wall between our bathroom and the cabin next door. Another couple from work was in that cabin, so we had conversations in the morning without walking into the hall. It seems that the dining room was more like picnic table. The food was worse than the food we served to the homeless in California. Maybe they’re better now, but I’m not willing to take that chance.
Carnival owns Princess now. Thank Heaven they’re keeping standards separate.
They won’t hire me because I identify as an attack helicopter, and that’s racist.
But yeah, that is a great indicator for a company NOT to patronize.
Actually Carnival, Princess, Cunard and several others are all owned by P&O lines:
Ok, thanks.
“Da-da-da-da-do-Da-Barracuda!”
Funny episode.
