President Trump has instructed Attorney General Jeff Sessions to launch a full investigation into the anonymous "deep state" operative behind the critical NY Times op-ed, citing "national security" concerns. The author claims to be part of an anti-Trump "resistance" group and is believed to be a senior White House official.

Yeah, Sessions said at the start he didn’t think it was right to prosecute your political opponents.
The Dems will trump up a charge and put you in jail, while Sessions thinks it’s bad form even if real crimes were committed.
Sessions knows how to open an investigation into snything? I’m surprised he can even tie his shoes.

It publicizes known false information and is a foreign enterprise. Ostensibly British, with links to Russia.

It was the DC Federal Prosecutor who paneled a Grand Jury.
Sessions is recused from all things related to Russia probe.
There will be no indictments before mid-terms due to DOJ’s
rule of no indictments 60 days before an election.
If there are indictments after the elections, Sessions

I hope I’m wrong. I really do. But I have to base my opinions on empirical evidence. And so far there is none to support the position that Sessions is actually doing something about the most deadly danger to the Republic in American history.

James Fitzgerald, the linguist who helped discover the identity of the Unabomber, said there was nothing in the op-ed that couldn't have been culled from other articles in other publications. To me that says one of the so-called journalists at the Slimes wrote most of it, if not the whole thing. This SMELLS to high heaven.
You are not wrong about Sessions. I know Sessions isn’t doing jack. You know how I know that? Because Hillary’s IT guy, the one that destroyed evidence that was under a congressional subpoena (and a do not destroy order) and then lied to the FBI about it is walking around a free man. If the DOJ was making a move on clan Hillary that guy would be the first to feel the heat. He is low hanging fruit. So until someone puts a squeeze on him you know nothing is being done about the deep state trying to undo the 2016 election.
You and I do have an idea what Sessions isn't doing. He said what he wasn't going to do under oath at his confirmation hearing.

Most of the media are saying this is not a national security problem and having the DOJ investigate is over the top.
They obviously didn’t read the op-ed because the guy bragged about stealing papers off the President’s desk.

So far it looks like the only operative behind the NY Times op-ed was the NYT no proof of such a person exists.
It would be funny if Sessions turned out to be the anonymous one.
