Funny, as much as they hate PRESIDENT Trump, that is how much I despise them.

I propose a drinking game (soft drinks for me). Every time the media mentions global warming, George Bush, Dick Cheney, or Donald Trump as blame for this storm, take a drink!

Rush, Hannity, Levin, Savage, Wilkow, etc. all have many times the audience of the ‘main stream media’.

So why do the ‘main stream media; still get into the white house and control the daily news stories? And why do we keep talking about them instead of making the headlines of the day?

Hannity and Sarah Carter seem to be the only ones making major news- Brietbart is good but they are second to Hannity in terms of NEW stories.

Trump is a genius at problem solving. If given the freedom to put his plan(s) into action, and not thwarted by anyone, he’ll handle this just fine.

Agreed but they will focus on ANY and I mean ANY negative.

Even worse, when the Fed's step up and do an outstanding job in the aftermath, the media will undoubtedly say, "We scared/shamed Trump into responding."

I was tell my husband this morning that they probably already have the stories written about how horrible the response is. Once it hits land all they have to do is push a button to get them out there. They have interviewed all their “anonymous sources” already. If one “person of color” dies, that will prove that Trump is also a racist...

Don’t delay and rush in to your nearest Harris Teeter for bottled water, batteries, bread, milk, toilet paper, Hershey’s Chocolate, Marshmallows, Graham crackers and all your CATASTROPHIC HURRICANE survival needs. The hype is all about ratings and advertising dollars.

“The hype is all about ratings and advertising dollars.”

I’ve been in a hurricane and the minute I hear one is coming my way I head for the hills. It may be partially for ad dollars, but the people should get out of there, even if they have to live in their cars.

I’m praying that it stalls offshore and heads back out to sea.

I agree with you. I think the stories have already been written, in fact...

Ridiculous. Overreach much?

GW got a bad rap for Katrina...as far as I understand it, the local authorities, the state, etc had to ask for federal help.

That was apparent right off.

All those weather broads in their cheesy cocktail lounge get-ups, who can barely speak or enunciate properly, who trip all over the English language with excitement at continuous face time on national TV, have swallowed enough kool aid to choke the whole stable.

GW had assets ready to go, but legally needed the states permission to move those assets. Governor Blanco of Louisana would not give that permission, plus blocked volunteers from neighboring states, including harder hit Mississippi. Then she turns around and says that GW did nothing.
Later, the mayor of San Juan, PR, does the same thing.
All this for the sole purpose of making a Republican president look bad.

The blaming started during Bush’s presidency, stopped during the pot-smoking, gay, marxist, m*slim loving presidency, and has resumed once again.

Just like homelessless - same schedule.
