I find it to be a fraud on the the Republic.
They’ve determined that Manafort was a deep state plant all along and that Mueller is Trump’s personal swamp-drainer.
This is nonsense.
A POTUS pardon power is thorough and complete. It cannot be encumbered.
POtUS can pardon for specific crimes AND crimes that may have been committed up to the pardon date.
I bet any such agreement would be enforceable nor constitutional.
Presidential powers cannot be usurped.
Mueller and his team of prosecutors are ethically corrupt if not corrupt in practice.
Here’s why. In the mid-1990’s, an Organized Crime Task Force sought to cripple or destroy the Gambino/Gotti/Gigante and Chicago organized crime families but esp. the NY based LIUNA, Laborers International Union of No. America.
When the USDA for the Southern District of NY, the famed Mary Jo White brought about 200 indictments against LIUNA and wanted to seize their crime-related assets, the Clinton White House stepped in, had AG Janet Reno quash the indictments, and appointed a lowly DOJ attorney to manage the union’s self-cleanup.
Nobody went to jail. No assets were seized. The Union got, during the Clinton Administration, about $30 MILLION in “training grants” while donating about $3.5M to the Clintons/causes and the Democrat Party operations.
Not a bad return for the union, 10 to 1, and no jail-time.

In those days, the FBI was actually against the Mafia and worked to bring them to justice, while the Democrats protected them.
Today, former FBI director Mueller brings down an unsavory guy while all the while ignoring Hillary Clinton and her EMAIL gang of crooks and possibly traitors (and her Russian Collusion re the Dossier, Steele, payments for it, Fusion GPS, and Servergate which might have information about the Dossier and payments for it).
He may yell he didn’t have “jurisdiction” to look into Hillary’s criminality, but he sure claimed “jurisdiction” to look into Manafort and Papadopoulus (framed) and Flynn, for things that had nothing to do with the Dossier, and which were, in part, alleged/real crimes that should have been investigated by local federal/state jurisdictions.
Mueller is ethically corrupt and his deal with Manafort should be “quashed” if legally possibly by the President.
Time to take down Mueller and his gang. Then America will begin to be “Crime Free Again”.
