We are an IATF 16949 registered, high volume OEM automotive parts manufacturing company. As a result of our continued growth, our Maysville, Kentucky plant is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Quality Control Engineer
Bachelors Degree in Quality, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or other related technical area, plus a minimum of three years experience in quality control in the electronics industry or equivalent.
Certification through the American Society for Quality CQE and CQA, or CSSBB a plus.
Broad and detailed knowledge of quality control, engineering and production methods.
Detailed knowledge of statistics, statistical process control and problem solving techniques.
Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949.
Computer literate, emphasizing experience with Microsoft Office, Minitab, PC-DMIS CMM software interface and ERP systems, experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
The ability to travel independently to customer/supplier locations and work extended hours with short notice is also required.
Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management, Business, or related area, plus a minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent.
Detailed knowledge of production techniques, processes, and methods.
Computer literate, emphasizing experience with Microsoft Office and Production Planning Systems, experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
Ability to lead a motivated workforce in meeting Company objectives.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
Hands-on technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronics applications.
The ability to travel independently to customer/supplier locations and work extended hours with short notice is also required.
Machine Technicians (2nd Shift)
Experience in maintenance and repair of automated factory equipment.
Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, technical writings/drawings.
Ability to use machine shop tools and equipment.
Line/Machine Attendants (2nd Shift/3rd Shift)
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to visually disseminate product quality and assemble product per written specifications.
FTZ Coordinator
Undergraduate degree in accounting or related discipline or equivalent experience required.
Ability to verify and manage FTZ inventory classification and identify and capture available duty savings.
Experience with making sure the organization is compliant with U.S. Customs laws and regulations for its FTZ.
Computer literate, emphasizing experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of JD Edwards and Integration Point software strongly preferred.
