Yes....and they sound like they’re ‘feeling’ a bit unstable as they should feel. Who do they think they’re fooling..sheesh.
Uhhh. .
Wait. Is Kagan the fat lesbian, or the other fat lesbian?
I remember “Impeach Earl Warren” billboards.
As long as a single leftwad draws the breath of life, this country will be politically divided.
They are tools of Evil, and should never have a voice in anything.
I wonder what they’d say if liberals had a 6-3 advantage? It’s politically divisive? Imbalanced ? Ideologically lopsided? No, they wouldn’t say s**t.
no one respects you two for your so-called fairness, you freaking socialist destroyers of our country.
Wow. Those quotes a rich coming from those two illegitimate activists.
I have an idea to solve this division. Justice Kagan and somtomyor, retire
Exactky
They can resign...
Their statements tread softly as activism. This is not something they should be speaking about.

The only solution is to restrict the Presidency to liberal Democrats only, thus ensuring that only the right kind of Justice will be nominated.
Then the Supreme Court will not be seen as politically divided.
They could just be less politically divisive. That should fix it.
Exactly.
I would like to hear a recording of them actually saying this. Hard to believe they’d be this obtuse.
Kagan and Sotomayor are making a great case for a full investigation and exposure of the whole plot to smear Kavanaugh. If shown that he was innocent, the legitimacy of the SC would be upheld. I’m sure they will do their best to bring out the truth on their Democrat sistren...because we all believe they have never had a partisan moment...
Easy answer: Kagan can stop voting in lockstep
And these two are SC Justices? What a mockery that is. They havent found their way out a paper bag yet.
Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor said they are concerned the courts legitimacy could be undermined if it is viewed as politically divided...
. . . The two Princeton graduates made their comments Friday during a She Roars womens conference Friday at their alma mater.
They missed the last 80 years.
