I think it is the former. She is aging out of the glory years for a pop star. The 13year olds of today are picking their own thing, not what their older siblings liked. She doesn’t have the voice or song writing creativity to hold enough of her fans as they mature and get adults on board to sustain her current level of popularity.
She should be grateful her dad could buy her the people who could launch her career and prep for the small venue circuit.
FWIW, I think this was a really dumb idea on Swift’s part because the first thing it inspires someone to do is look at Swift’s sales figs. So if you weren’t already aware they were going in the wrong direction, you are now. These people never think this **** through.
