I really like the strechy silicone tape that you wrap around a hose and it seals to itself. (I top it off with good electrical tape).
I used it on a brake line to get down out of the woods. When I got to civilization I checked it before I had to find a service station to get it fixed ASAP. No leaks, so I drove it home.
No leaks the next day either. I kept my eye on it.
Finally maybe a year later when the truck was in for service I told my mechanic about it and to replace the line. He couldn’t believe that it had held for even a moment.
Nice. Glad you got it figured out.

E-Z fuse tape (I think at most hardware stores).
'Cept it sticks to my dentures.
Running charge voltage dropping down can cause voltages to drop out of normal paramators. So yes, a weak battery or bad charge voltages can cause multicodes. Bad connections and bad grounds on computer too.
All a computer ever senses is voltage changes, anything out of normal parameters sets a code after so many times.
Codes are only readings of voltage out of normal parameters.
Easy answer.
Gremlins.
I’d disconnect the battery first to reset codes. See what comes back.
Secret Alternative Option - Many states allow cars that are 19 years old or older to get historic tags. No emission test required on those, however, legally, mileage is limited.
That would do it ! Use JB Weld Quick Set. Clean the tube with sandpaper till clean then wipe with Isopropyl Alcohol let dry then JB Weld wait till set.
Aw jeeze, so you screwed it up.
The OTHER most common problem when I go to diag vehicles.
Rubber fill tube
Readiness Test (apparently) the name used to describe what the car does immediately upon starting to tell the computer to operate, but don't try to get inspected.
