Look you said men just have an instinctive knowledge to pick up a gun, point and shoot which is total BS. I called you on it and you wrote an essay deflecting and trying to work your way around to insulting me because you can't defend that statement. What you should have said is more men than women are familiar with firearms and how they operate. That's a factual statement. Men tend to be more interested in firearms than women it's not an instinctive knowledge from birth. When you get a nice write in a major gun blog let me know. 😆
You must have the attention-span of a gnat if you think ~250 words is an essay :) I'll try to stay brief going forward.
In my first comment I referenced entertainment as a possible reason that in my experience men are better shooters when first picking up a gun than women. "Instinct" isn't the strictly correct word to use but I would think that point shooting/instinct shooting and other such terms are familiar enough to people who shoot that you'd get the drift, rather than be intentionally obtuse are start talking about fixed action patterns.
I don't know if you're projecting, but most of us have no aspiration to write for blogs. Maybe you could do a piece about how routinely shooting a Desert Eagle hones your ability to slap and cuff people.
