That's just wrong. Unless they're making soup, of course. But otherwise, boiling meat renders it flavorless. What they should do is braise the meat, or smoke it at 225°F for 3 - 10 hours, depending on the cut, until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°.

That’s diversity. Oh, and if somebody executes people for being gay or mutilates women’s genitals, or kills their daughters for embarrassing them...I’ll ignore that and bring more of them over here to live with you so you can learn tolerance. (Me? I live in a gated community and have the ugly Pilipino maid deal with the outside world I created for you. But me? I’m awesome and tolerant.
