Sadly, I have to agree with your approach. The Church will only be cleansed by the laity demanding it. Many forget that the laity really is the true body of the Church. Remember that every member of the clergy comes from the laity. That power has been used to steer the Church back on course over the centuries when its leaders faltered. It's time for it to be used again.

It's been long believed that the true Third Secret of Fatima was the apostasy of the church hierarchy, which is why it could never be revealed. But it's become increasingly clear that we're living through that prophesy now.
