Why didn’t Justice and the R congress look into the unconstitutional, gestapo-like ways that mueller is using?
do they ALL have something in their closet that they are terrified of? or are they afraid of being next?
Like the generals for Hitler who were terrified to tell him “those divisions don’t exist anymore!!”

would be under any suspicion at all if they
simply learned a lesson from Hillary Clinton

Consider this: The article talks about this as Mueller's raid but it was conducted by the FBI and Mueller doesn't control the FBI anymore. He may have asked for it, but that indicates that someone at a high level (Ray? Rosenstein? Both?) is in on it. When one considers that Mueller is likely not protecting only himself, but also many other power brokers of both parties who knew and facilitated various nefarious schemes over the years then the answer to your question becomes very likely that "they wanted that raid to happen, that's why."
