My suspicion is that the judge will use this to castigate Mueller but it will not change the outcome of the plea deal.

Mueller has documented evidence that Gen Flynn is innocent of all charges which he has withheld from both Gen Flynn and the Federal Judge presiding over this case
Mueller and his team need to be investigated, prosecuted and sent to prison for their abuse of prosecutorial power
Mueller has made repeated requests to Judge Sullivan to delay sentencing to buy time in hopes of enough Democrats being elected to cover for him when the truth comes out
Terminating sanctions motion by Flynn for failing to produce requested evidence to defense needs to be made by Flynn if justice doesn’t do it on motion by the court. Mueller required to produce document or EVIDENCE of destruction of orig 302 report, but served a fraud upon the Court instead.

This article lays out a number of questions concerning the viability of Mueller's evidence against Flynn. A bigger question might be -- "Why didn't Flynn's defense team challenge and defeat the questionable or illegal testimony of Mueller's team, Strzok and/or their 302 documents?"
The article would lead us to believe that Flynn's defense team was incompetent.
Well, this certainly explains why Mueller kept kicking Flynn’s sentencing down the road. He was obviously hoping to bag get something on Trump that would make his misconduct with Flynn small, ignorable potatoes.
It does not look like that is going to happen and the glaring lack of a genuine 302 for the interview in question is a glaring fatal flaw in the government’s so-called case against the General. I don’t see how the judge could possibly let this stand, but I’m not making any bets. I’ve been disappointed far too many times by expecting to see “justice” out of Washington DC.

So I reject the criticism of his lawyers. Without this plea bargain Gen. Flynn, and according to many news stories his son as well, would be charged with working as unregistered foreign lobbiest, and maybe even conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
It's not at all clear to me that the best outcome for Flynn is having the lying plea bargain rejected by an angry judge.
What happens to the plea deal then? Does Mueller (or some successor US Attorney) get a second shot at Flynn on the entire universe of possible crimes?
