Cute article in my local paper. Couldn’t resist.
Wonder if it broke loose from someone’s property in the high winds of late in the Blue Ridge, or the fish are really into the spirit.....???
Well, Jesus did bless the fishes...............
Haven’t you heard of “fish wrap”? :^)
ya...he sure did.
If you’re speaking of sushi, I think that’s dried, pressed sea weed...so yea I have :)
Those are quite common here in Indiana. We have lots of ponds and lakes with the floating Christmas tree.
Luca Brasi?
Wow. I’m rather amazed it took this long for us, or should I say someone in Southwest Virginia to do this. If it’s been done before I’ve not seen it.
Hey! Maybe one of your natives moved to our lake? :>)

Whatever it takes to keep the cats out of the Christmas tree, eh?
Big Pussy
A little pink animal in a Santa hat.
.
“What is that floating around 1 0clock?”
Looks like Jimmy Carter’s attack rabbit.
Up closer to the shore line. There is something floating in the water. Nessy?
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea;
Joy to you and me.
Fish wrap is an old NYC term for the NY Times based on the street vendors in the old Fulton Fish Market wrapping buyer’s purchases in the newspaper to take home.....
“Only good for fishwrap”....
:^)
I think I see Nessy in that there lake.
