There were expectations of a stronger Israeli response following the air attack on a Damascus airport mid-day Sunday and the missile launches at the Golan Heights in retaliation.

And it came just after 1 am local time early Monday with a series of air attacks on targets in Syria that Israel says are Iranian with Israel acknowledging it also hit Syrian air defenses.....

Yes, I am sure they use Obama’s money to buy weapons. The Israelis usually wait till the weapons are unloaded, and places in warehouses. Then they blow it all up. I guess they don’t feel like shooting down the aircraft, that’s carrying the weapons.

Amir was reporting on this live earlier in the evening. He had some kind of feed and was reporting as it happened. He definitely considered a daytime attack, with full acknowledgment by Israel, to be evidence of a kind of escalation. Also, there was an attempted attack on Israeli tourists and other civilians, foiled by the Iron Dome, another first of that particular kind from that particular neck of the woods.

The video hasn’t appeared on YouTube yet. It’s only on Facebook, at the “The Last Hour” group page. Has other information about what’s going on over there.

Israel is defending itself against Iranian Qud Forces who have invaded southern Syria....it's well known the Qud Forces settled in there and not the first time they've fired a barrage of missiles into Israel. What do you expect Israel to do? Just let those keep firing at them?
