It was pretty advanced for its day, but they never imagined a universal franchise, not in a million years.

We are suffering now for one and only one reason, and that reason is called Democracy, rule by δῆμος (Demos).

δῆμος is a savage tyrant who thinks only of his carnal needs and has no heart for the people, for civilization, and no concept of the common good.

δῆμος main antagonist, who δῆμος hates the most, is the hero.

δῆμος best friend is the anti-hero, and it is no coincidence that when the communist takeover we now confront swung into high gear in the 1960s, movies and other popular entertainment began to glorify the anti-hero. Our first anti-hero President even increased his popularity when he was impeached, as any student of "democracy" would have predicted.

And now that we have a hero as President, δῆμος is very, very upset, so much so that he has become dangerous.

Democracy unbound (which is what we have saddled ourselves with) is a monster from the pits of hell, which always ends in violence.

And most Republicans bow before him.

Be prepared.

The main problem with it is that it created all the machinery necessary for those who desire power and control to attain power and control.

If one wants to be free, then one cannot give another man power over them, because that power will be abused. That is what Man does. It’s his nature.

It’s not the Constitution that’s flawed. It’s the people for which the contract was drawn that’s flawed. Any enterprise wherein the parties involved either don’t know or don’t care about the fundamental, established operational rules is bound to fail.

Our first Con, The Articles Of Confederation and Perpetual Union, got us through the war w/the then greatest nation/military force in the world! But it folded under American politics just a few years later.

The constitution is not a failed document. Those who believe it is are failed patriots.
Sin and stupidity will always be with us. Relegating the educational establishment and the media to its role as court jesters is our priority.
As patriots we must commit to the authority of God and loyalty to the Founder’s vision as the gold standard for USA citizenship.
Those who choose to live lesser lives are welcome to do so. They do not, however, set any kind of standard for responsible citizenship.

I the 60s I elementary school we learned how the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Amendments all evolved and interacted. Study and understand.
