I suspected that President Trump must responsible for this. It's so obvious. The name "Trump" contains five letters. Both President Trump and Brenton Tarrant have five toes on each foot. The shooter used five weapons in the commission of the horrific act. "New Zealand" contains 10 letters which, when divided by 2 equals five.
