Will Meghan Markle and Prince Harry raise their baby to be black?
Los Angeles Times ^ | May 6, 2019 | Carla Hall

So, Meghan Markle, the American biracial wife of Prince Harry, did it. She managed to have their baby (a boy) on her own terms. Which is to say, at an undisclosed location — although we all know the young British royal couple has been holed up at their Windsor home with the fairy tale name of Frogmore Cottage, we don’t know where she actually gave birth — and on an undisclosed timetable. We all found out about the birth when Harry and Meghan announced it on Instagram. (Buckingham Palace announced it too.)

Nor did Meghan submit to the postpartum photo call. There will be no pictures of her making a red carpet departure from a hospital, looking preternaturally polished in full makeup and hair while wearing a dress and high heels and carrying a newborn (as her sister-in-law Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, did with all three of her children’s births), but who could blame her for nixing such a ridiculous ritual just hours after a grueling delivery? Instead, she dispatched her giddily happy husband to meet the press outside Windsor Castle — a stable with horses in the back — to gush, appropriately, about how incredible his son and wife are.

Baby Succotash will learn to be black. His parents have already rented chickens for the walking lessons.

In my high school biology class (around 10 years after yours), we were taught the same theory about "blue eyed genes" and "brown eyed genes."

It turns out, eye color is much more complicated than we knew. For example, our eye color is determined more by a genetic combination. Green eyes could be a variant of brown. And blue-eyed parents can have brown-eyed offspring (although rarely). Also, our eye color can change.

blue-eyed men showed such a clear preference for women with the same eye color

That was true, at least based on my own observations and experience (in my younger days). However, I have a different theory: Blue-eyed men just saw their eye color as special (rare) and wanted to pass it on.

What is it about these Bi-racial individuals?Like Obama they take the white side of the blood line when it benefits them. Then they denye it even existed.

In the end they really had themselves because of the racial battles going on in their own heads.

Prince Phillip is the baby’s great grandfather, unless you know something the rest of the world does not.

That’s exactly what I thought. How do you raise a baby “black” or “white”? I guess raising him in a two-parent household, without blaring rap music, pants hanging around his knees, and people who actually speak, “English”, would be raising him “white”?

All of the above impossible in royal family, even in Africa. That is why I am guessing.

I don’t think it is just that. Both men and women are attracted to those who on some level remind them of a parent.

Also, for those used to interacting with blue eyes can find brown eyes to appear relatively opaque, without the perhaps illusion of feeling that you can see as far into the soul and thoughts of someone with outwardly more translucent blue eyes.

I believe the Duke and Duchess of Dimwitshire used a surrogate. EVerything these two morons and their PR companies are doing with respect to the pregnany and birth is designed to conceal the truth. These two attention addicts suddenly wanted privacy at this birth? They are hiding something.

Harry is the father; Phillip the uncle.

How did you deduce my name was Clarence? Even my wife knows me under another name! BTW you screwed up too, it’s Phillip not Philip! Hopefully, Prince Phillip’s ability to see through a keyhole with both eyes at the same time isn’t a recessive trait!

She has always identified as Caucasian in her adult life. She has also dated or married white men.

Meghan didn’t “give birth”. A surrogate did.

Meghan is a social climber. She cannot raise that baby as anything but a member of white aristocracy if she wants to remain part of the royal family. Harry will eventually tire of her antics and demands. Infatuation doesn’t last forever.

They should raise the kid to be a gender neutral Islamist, the media would love it.

The question is how the hell do you raise one to be black? I have to assume you have to act like Obama and Kapernick, in other words glorify the black side of the family that abandoned you and hate the white family that gave you everything they had to give.

We are pretty much “waxationally” sympatico - I think.

I strongly recommend this book:

D’Souza is a great guy and shows us why the US really is great.

I’ve never had any respect for “royalty” to start with. All the European royalty is hopelessly intermarried and weird.

But, the Brits like their royals, so that’s OK with me.

FWIW, Charlie is a worthless idiot, can hardly tie his own shoes. Good grief, just look at his “warrior” uniform and medals - decorated for a fox hunt.

The two boys both served well in the military; I respect them for that.
