You should be able to contact them on their website. I have had nothing but good luck with Roku.

There was actually a bit of an outage for many cloud services this afternoon. Could be a part of it.

What, exactly, are you paying for? I bought their box and use it to get streaming services from Netflix and Amazon, but I pay Netflix and Amazon directly. I don't have any recurring payments to Roku.

Google "Roku Support" and you get a link to their Official Roku Support Page. That's where you always go to get any sort of support these days. On that page, you have Account, billing help"

That is what is great about Roku for me, I paid a one time fee and as long as you have wifi, you can download the apps for many channels (ID, AMC, AHC, History). I also have cable and Roku is the only way to get the cable service to the other TVs - who knew you couldn’t plug a cable wire into the wall outlet and TV to get service anymore? Roku’s one time price is way cheaper than having to rent boxes for my three TVs.

Roku doesn't have "streaming services" per se. You buy or download the channels independently. Roku is just the middleman.

Love my Roku, have had it for 6 years. I do not have cable or even broadcast TV.

Many services that rely on Google Cloud were down today. Could that have been it?

If you're on FR, then you're on a computer or a device with browser.

Go to a beach engine like Google or Bing and type-in Roku.

You'l find it right away.

Easy peasy.

PS. Try restarting your internet modem to see if it will come back.

No, you’re not paying roku for streaming services. You bought a roku device that will play streaming services but those services are different entities.

“”” What’s a Roku account?
You need a Roku account to activate your device and access entertainment across thousands of streaming channels. There are no monthly equipment rental fees with Roku. Adding a payment method lets you easily rent/buy movies on demand or subscribe to popular services like Netflix. “””

https://www.roku.com/how-it-works

A roku box is just a receiver.
