I remember learning about the income of high school graduates versus high school dropouts when I graduate from HS in 1967. The gap may have gotten larger but there was a gap in that year as well.

Everyone should google “Munchhausen Syndrome”.

That is what the current crop of ‘trans’ and ‘lgbt’ have.

***and people didn’t keep espionage devices (electronic assistants) in their homes.***

I just watched a 1961 TV show from THE OUTER LIMITS, about O.B.I.T. ( Outer Band Individuated Teletracer) in which a computer can trace your every movement.

And today they can, with cell phones, tablets, fitbits, and all other sources of electronic data.

And people pay for the service too!

They don’t understand how their forebears caught wild hogs. First the would put out food. Then some fence. Then more fence. Finally a gate. The pigs would get so used to the free food that they’d tolerate being put in a pen if it happened just slow enough.

There is ALWAYS some forms of “inequality”. Externally imposed it is just a hurdle to be overcome, demonstrating a “difference” the individual is not going to allow to stand in their way. When it is internally derived, it is a consequence of our own abilities and inabilities, our own diligence and lack of diligence, our own perseverance and lack of perseverance, and our willingness or unwillingness to match our expectations to the possible.
____
They rub their own faces in the presumed inequality by slavishly scrolling and posting to Instagram, et al, where everyone lies all the time.

This is the most market-savvy generation ever. They are all constantly tweaking and perfecting their own brand, obsessively following their stats in search of SEO to up their Google rankings, begging for backlinks.

The problem is: they have nothing to sell and they are consumed with selling it to each other. They need to get away from phones and screens for a full year while they actually produce something worthy of all this frenetic cyber-marketing.

(Pro tip: It isn’t oppressive to learn grammar and punctuation. Once you actually come up with thoughtful and helpful content, more people would perhaps read it if you had a single clue as to presentation.)

Yes, when I awake in the morning. I open my window and judge how loud the millenial crying out there is today. The louder the crying, the better the day. Lol

Wasn’t there a book written on this subject almost 50 years ago? FUTURE SHOCK by Alvin Toffler

Identity politics, political correctness, and ‘social justice ‘ enforcement is/has destroyed this country...

The problems of the time are all the direct result of separating fathers from families.

To paraphrase the comedian, George Wallace: “Some people just need their a** kicked”.

What pathetic weaklings.

It’s the result of the Government’s “War On the Nuclear Family.”

But which came first: progressiveism in the culture and the sexual revolution or the disaster that these caused. Yes, fatherless boys and girls are a huge problem and one that cannot be solved by government “solutions” because the Left has been for decades pressing “solutions” that only made things worse.

That has not been accidental, at least for the few who’ve been calling the dance.

This nation needs repentance, plain and simple.

Instead a large part of it is descending into deeper madness.

This may be what judgment looks like.

The WW2 generation had it tough, but at least they instinctively knew up from down.

Milleniqls, I’m not so sure, due to their conflicted teachers.
