Mayor’s intent is arguably a 14th Amendment violation of 1st Amendment right to assemble.
This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneur to roll in and save the day.
That makes sense, but who put them there in the first place?
So I can only assume that the portopotties being removed were put there by the last event organizers, and all the time they were on site, they were being paid for by that last organizer.
I blame this on Antifa..they sling shit everywhere.

I wonder about those that are disabled? It may be a Federal violation?
The mayor may be engaged in felony?
If so, then I so hope the mayor gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Fine. The Trump campaign can afford it. The mayor is making a total fool of himself. If it were me, I’d provide porta potties, then make sure they were decorated with large signs that they are provided by Trump’s campaign, due to the mayor’s petty refusal to comply with health department rules, and the sanitation needs of the public.
If it is not legal watch them put the burden on organizers to cancel the rally because no porta-pottys.
If the rally does take place with no porta-pottys people that are disabled or elderly will suffer. The socialists don’t care, they are that spiteful and nasty.
Doesn’t the campaign pay for the porta potties??? If so if I were Trump I would SUE his liberal ass!!!
