I just know if I go to your link I will get even more angry and disgusted. I read there several instances where this vile and wretched “Judge” displayed blatantly prejudicial behavior. One of the jurists had known deep ties to Obongo and the rest of the rats and she allowed the person to stay, hell he was probably the foreman. It would there is more then ample grounds for appeal. Would the forces that set up having Berman getting the case be able to kill the appeal. We our side EVER go on offense or at least help our own?

I think that is the problem that Barr and Durham have to solve before indicting the ringleaders of the coup - they need to get a fair jury and judge.....not Berman and whoever shows up in her court.
A criminal case is tried in the district where the crime was committed, per the 6th Amendment.

Nope, he is free until sentencing on Feb 6. He does still have a gag order on him, but the prosecutors were vehement that they wanted him in jail until sentencing.
She also got the Manafort case. She also interfered with the Benghazi lawsuit.
In confluence with the events— including the President asking for help with Crowdstrike, from Ukraine President Zelensky-—which, btw, could be helpful to ANOTHER part of the Russia collusion hoax— In that, Crowsdstrike’s results “told” the FBI (no report was given to the FBI to examine, nor any of the servers allowed to be tested by LAW ENFORCEMENT people by the DNC— the very people who claimed they were hacked).
The FBI got a scant report on the results of their “investigation” of their OWN servers, where they claimed Russian hacking— but no proof. Servers that were located (and still are) in Ukraine! Independent computer experts, basing their assessment on available information of the quantity of data supposedly “downloaded” to the internet— said it was IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to have down loaded the data within the timelogs of the server showing the data loss. In other words, someone INSIDE the DNC with access— was able to rapidly put the data onto a FLASH drive, in person. Further, other corroborated information is that an English journalist accepted the drive(s) from the person and got them to Wikileaks. The person is acknowledged as Seth Rich, and will be by the receiving people at Wikileaks- unless the demonrat deep staters kill those people. Seth Rich was murdered under contract by none other than the hillary team, as a warning to any others who would divulge their manipulating of the voter database, and especially the democratic primary superdelegates. Bernie Sanders will NEVER say a word about this— for the same reason—fear.
Julian Assange (and the DOJ) have the information. It is only to be published, and a criminal case pursued. This is why the mention of Crowdstrike absolutely freaked out the demonrats-— the level of their exposure is quite high, and they have gone hysterical with the “impeachment” phase of a media court coup removal of the President, before this information can come out, and their many people, indicted, and convicted.
Amy Berman (as one of Billy Clinton’s early schtupps, was well paid and rewarded with a federal judgeship) is as CORRUPT as any federal judge in history, maybe more- quite evil.

Mueller assigned Berman to Roger Stone’s “process crime” case- that said nothing about Russia, Russia at all!
Stone will be appealing this specious crap ruling from a corrupt judge, who is protecting obamaumao/biden from the Ukraine mess, and guarding her own investments in Clinton enrolled mutual funds (much data on her holdings should have recused her from these cases— both of them, but then Mueller is another clinton payee).
