Almost everyone so far has provided worthless hearsay as did Fiona Hill who left by July 19th before the phone call, but Morrison was listening in on the phone call and said he heard nothing illegal and declated in testimony along with Volker there was Quid Pro Quo, bribery or extortion.
She though appears to have lied through her teeth as even left-wing publications like Politico and others have confirmed Ukraine's role in 2016 election interference despite her attempts today to downplay their role.
At the very least she would have blatantly and shamelessly provided a False Choice if both Ukraine and Russia interfered.
She also apparently lied saying she didn't know what Sondland was doing, saying she was angry she was left out of the loop, but stating how Sondland was busy on errands in Ukraine.

Former U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker: “No.”
Later, Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., hit the same notes in asking the witnesses about Trump’s fateful July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky: “Mr. Morrison, you were on that call, and there was no quid pro quo, correct? No bribery? No extortion?”
“Correct,” Morrison replied in response to each question.
“And, Ambassador Volker, I presume you got a readout of the call. ... Was there any reference to withholding aid? Any reference to bribery? Any reference to quid pro quo? Any reference to extortion?”
“No, there was not,” Volker replied, again and again.
The answers underscored a problem facing House Democrats as their impeachment inquiry continued into its second week of public hearings: As more witnesses have testified, more soundbites have emerged that may help Republicans and the Trump campaign argue that the proceedings were politically motivated theater, long in the works and foreshadowed openly by Democrats for months, if not years.
Morrison, in another key moment, testified Tuesday afternoon that he understood the transcript of Trump’s call with Ukraine’s leader wound up on a highly secured and classified computer system due to an “administrative error” — not, as Democrats have alleged, because the president wanted to hide his conversation.
What does she know about the interference issue? All she knows is that blaming Russia exclusively works with her Cold War mentality.
There is a lot of parsing going on in these hearings.
Interference was from members of parliment and other oligarch people. It was not “official” Ukrainian involvement.
The same can be said of Crowdstrike. The Colorado office is the group that looked at the DNC server and said the Russians did it. Then it was destroyed. However it is believed that they mirrored it to a server in Ukraine.
The thing to remember about the server is that the DNC NEVER allowed the FBI to see it and examine the data.
All of these State Department wonks, and democrats, are using very specific language that means exactly what it says—nothing more, nothing less.

All excellent points. And point of fact— Trump mentioning Crowdstrike is what put the dems into panic mode for ANY kind of “impeach” to try and stop what they cannot stop. Nothing can stop what is coming. Durham, am convinced (and Barr) have the server mirror, and what’s more they have the illusive Joseph Mifsud somewhere... safe. And Halper too. David Holmes certainly lied when he defended Ambassador Yolanovich by saying that the Ukrainian prosecutor Lutsenko retracted his charge that she provided him a “do-not-prosecute” list of protected Ukrainians who were involved in giving dirt on Trump to the DNC in 2016. Lutsenko provided a letter to John Solomon stating clearly that she directed him verbally in a meeting with the list of 5 officials who were not to be prosecuted and he made contemporaneous notes at the time. State Department head George Kent even confirmed the names in his testimony.
Not that it matters but it shows the level of corruption in the State Department holdovers from the 2016 period under Obama.
My former automatic sarcastic reply would have been, “is the Pope Catholic?” But, with this Pope, this no longer has the same affect.
That said, no matter the ludicrous nature of the “Impeachment” inquiry, no matter the fact there is nothing here, the dems have likely gone too far down the path, dug themselves a hole too deep.
They must take it all the way or their lunatic fringe base will abandon them.
They know they will lose the war in the end but, their unhinged base is demanding they go down this path. No matter what. And, they most likely will.
