Video at link. So a Black kid gets roughed up for getting fresh with a woman who's not "his kind". Reminiscent of the Emmett Till incident from the not always good old days. Also for years it's been illegal for privately owned vehicles to look like NYPD patrol cars. The old cop shows like Naked City, Car 54 Where Are You, etc the cars were painted red and white, they looked authentic because most of those episodes were filmed in black and white. Even the old restored patrol cars can only be driven to and from car shows and other special events.
