The media being Democratic propagandists are ironically destroying the Democratic Party. If they were honest journalists they would have investigated and reported on Biden’s Ukraine corruption and his obvious intellectual and character flaws. Instead their non critical cheerleading allows Biden to live his delusion that he will be the nominee and elected President. The likely scenario is that he will be able to hang around deep into the primaries and prevent a credible “moderate” candidate from emerging. It paves the way for the unelectable far left socialist Sanders or the hopelessly bizarre Buttigieg to become the nominee. It will be a debacle for the Democratic Party. The clueless media will wail and blame Trump.
They simply don't have a strategy for dealing with that, other than complaining, saying "oh, how terrible" and a few variations of varying intensity.
Their intellectual "braintrust," if you want to call it that, has no ideas, nothing in the till. The cupboard is bare. The last thirty years of feckless Republicans have so thoroughly conditioned them to expect the cringing apology, the embarrassed retreat, the series of concessions offered in a futile attempt to buy forgiveness... anyone who might know how to deal with something else has been purged from their party and their philosophical backers and supporters.
Trump is forcing them to think outside the box... and there is nothing outside the box but empty space.
Joe is just a place holder. The real savior candidate has not been named yet is my thought.
Someone on the Trump team really understands what it means that the Democrats accuse others of what they have done. Then ads like these just write themselves.
The only saviors I can think of are either too sick or too lazy to step up to the plate.
It would have to be someone with tremendous name recognition.
Maybe Robert De Niro will come to the rescue. He'll be 77 by election day 2020.
Oprah might win..but I am sure she has a lot of skeletons. Michelle is getting rich and is too lazy.
