Besides you need vitamin K2 or you will get heart attacks and strokes. K2 comes from fermentation. When you eat animals or their products such as milk that have been eating greens like grass you get K2. If you don't eat animals eating grass or such you have to eat fermented foods high in K2.
No pains or swelling when I eat high fat. Less allergies as well. And if your kidney stones are from calcium the K2 will help with that.
I feel so much better when I eat meat, eggs and dairy.
EVOO is what I have been using
It is loaded with Omega 6s which are inflamatory.
So I am cutting it out.

Agree with the freeper who noted that this dude was always eating carbs with his meat. Burger buns and spaghetti. Try just the meat. From healthy animals only (at home at least). Pastured grassfed beef actually has omegas 3s.
Butter (from grassfed healthy animals) is tasty and very healthy.

Fiber. Simply add a significant amount of fiber to the diet. I like the Equate brand of Benefiber. The big tub is less than $15 and lasts about a month using a couple teaspoons twice a day.
Fiber and water. Those two things keep it all working like it should.
Nuts have a lot of fiber but unfortunately they’re very fattening but for folks who don’t need to worry about weight gain; nuts are a good alternative for at least one of those doses of Benefiber but only if taken with plenty, say a glass full, of water.
