I did so love the noodles, bread and desserts of every kind but I like living without heart palpitations, high blood pressure and atherosclerosis more. BTW - I was not overweight when I had those problems. (5'7", 130lbs)
I’m back on my meat diet. No carbs. Lost 47 lbs in two months on it.
My Grandpa was a heavy meat eater and only lived to be 102.
