This is a growing problem across the country, not just NYC. We have a close relative who is an ER doctor on west coast. This person has horrendous problems with nurse practitioners and nurses who have been poorly trained, but think they know more than the doctors. ObamaCare reduced the required number of doctors in hospitals and upped the number of these lower trained medical staff. On a shift, that can be 20+ people you have to be continually monitoring to make sure they are following instructions as well as care for patients. This relative has had many incidents of nurses and NP almost killing patients (and a few times succeeding).
I've seen many, many nurses...totally being wrong.
I've seen many stealing meds from patients.
I can tell you story after story....
I don't know the story here...but if you aren't happy with what you think the care should be...then leave.

Nurses and docs dancing (choreographed) to music which took time to coordinate...in PPE.
I know some Doc's that I would not want anything to do with.
I know some Nurse's..I wouldn't want touching me.
I know some PA's and APNP's..I would be real fine with.
maybe she's completely right...
for one thing, today's defibrillators have a signal that states IF a shock is needed...it would detect a pulse so I am not sure about her story...
blood is not given to patients as much as it used to be....the old standard was to transfuse if they were below 9 hgb but now drs without active bleeding will let it go to 8 and some lower....

We have close friends in the medical field. One , a nurse, says we are not to spend any time in a hospital unless she knows and can be there.
IMHO, a large amount of what we attribute to “deep state” and “liberals” and Democrats, is actually the hidden workings of the occult also known as Satanism and a million other ‘isms”.
In the recent past, there have been too many poorly explained mass death instances, easily associated with an occultic ritual of human sacrifice to gain demonic favor.
When being denied their agendas, don’t be surprised when brought face to face with this evil brood, of how diabolical they really have become.
Isn’t it interesting that for a viral infection, there is such a dearth of statistical analysis following up the pandemic risk?

Patients unable to advocate for themselves need a family member/friend to advocate for them, daily if possible. Not being able to see a patient once they enter the hospital with the C-virus, though necessary, is a recipe for disaster on many levels.
So, unless the armed citizen loses CWII, no Soylent Green.

Same thing happened with us. My brother had put my mom in a state hospital in the Middletown area. It was wretched.
My husband and I, along with my sister and bro-in-law, got her out of that hellhole, and kept Mom in our own homes and treated her like a Queen until it was time for her to leave this life.
Never regretted it. It was such a joy to have four generations under one roof in her last years. We were all better persons for it.
