Barry is like Joe, he needs to avoid scrutiny. Obama has been on the sidelines, relishing his lack of attention, until now. He must attract scrutiny now to defend himself. Obama is above the law. There is no jury in DC that would get even 1 vote to convict him, even if he was on video murdering a buss load of preschool kids. He cannot be indicted, charged, or convicted.

No one is requiring you to read any site posted on FR and you are free to do your own research if you are capable. Are you? You sound like DU plant to me. Sowing doubt and discord. I question authority of course and question sources but I don't just throw shade on a news source and story for no good reason (MSM, CNN, MSNBC excepted) like you both did. Makes me wonder who and what you are. What's in it for you?
Does GP sensationalize content? No more than most any other source IMHO. Sometimes they break stories first which in itself is interesting since it isn't one of the larger more well known sites for this kind of content.

The leaked call is how Obama is signaling that the Democrats need to go on an all out attack to try to derail the direction this story is going. They know they have been exposed, and they desperately need the help of the media to spin it their way.
Panic is the new watchword.
