First, it’s NOT an upside down cross. It’s just a design.

That is simply a square Greek cross, with the lower arm the same height as the upper. The ring that goes around the chain visually extends the upper arm.
Problem with a worldwide vaccine is that China would take it over and China has a history (even before this) of publishing fake studies and producing counterfeit goods. There is a good reason why Chinese parents don’t trust their baby formula, and they also have a track record already for producing fake vaccines.
We can’t risk working with China on this because they have already lied and further lies will only destabilize the situation further. We need to step back and pay attention to quality control.
