Wading pools are banned.
All beaches, lakes, and rivers, will be PERMANENTLY closed.
The government is going to appoint "Bathroom tracers".
They will come to your house to inspect your bathroom. If you have a bathtub you will be required to remove it.

Maybe some Wizard of Smart in the gubbermint can find a way to keep the beaches open but ban all water from the beach...
