"Great. Another reason for control freak mayors and governors to keep the beaches closed." Yep - need to ban 29 and under from swimming and boating. Also, due to risks involved, they will need to take showers instead of baths. Also, no buckets larger than 2 gallon size.
If it saves just one life...
