Peak Brick & Mortar Higher Edumacation.
Crap i paid less than that probably for my bachelors and masters at a good private school.
So over-inflated.
Getting paid all that money and what are their results? A lot of brain washed people incapable of the critical thinking universities claim they teach.
In an announcement by the school, the university indicated that it will increase its tuition fees by 3.9%, up to $54,270 for students admitted in fall 2018 and afterward.
Interesting move. I wouldn’t call Syracuse University a well known or leading university. I expect they’ll start catastrophically losing students in a few years.
Instead of eliminating failing programs and worthless degree programs they raise tuition. Obviously higher education needs no help from government.
My Bachelor of Science degree from Muhlenberg College cost me near $30 thousand.
Was it worth it? For me, yes!
Would I pay $200 thousand for the same four year degree now? No way in hell!

The University of California system sent out an email that there will be no discount even if classes are conducted online. I’m not sure if all the UC schools are doing this but ours is.
And Daddy MUST buy the Skippy a BMW or Mercedes. They have to travel in style, 85 mph up I81...
Pay more for less? How government of a private university.
This sheepskin will depreciate faster than a Yugo.
How much did they refund students who did not get what they paid for. In class instruction.
Over 300k for a bachelors degree. Insane.
And this is why so many Nyers and New Jerseyans attend college down South.
Over $300K for a degree to get a job paying maybe $50K?
Nope.
