When I lived in LA in the 80s the Fairfax District was heavily Jewish, as it historically had been, though not exclusively. By the early 2000s it had turned into Little Ethiopia.
Is that where all the stores are destroyed?

I’ve got a theory that after the looters ransack and decimate an area or neighborhood, they set fire(s), signaling others there are no more valuables to steal over here. Also suspect the fires are diversions drawing attention away from the next target locations. This is incredibly organized across the cities.

Not every business. I’m here, I live in Weho. They are hitting high end shoe and clothing stores, jewelry and watches, and have set a few fires. Lots of tagging. But not EVERY store.
