Good for her.
She found some worthy cause and is giving help directly.
Not to the ones who burn and destroy, but to those wanting to run their business and offer jobs.
What's all this about Dell computers being wrecked in the riots? What? A Deli? Never Mind
This is what celebrities should be doing, rather than helping bail out the scumbag looters and rioters doing the damage. Still, she is doing this to signal her virtue. “Look at me, helping the poor little black lady”, while using her as a prop.
Why are you insulting her? She does something good, and you have to apply qualifications that she’s doing it for the wrong reasons? Did you see the group of people she thanked? Cernovich, PragerU, etc.?
A real patriot, leading by example.
Yep, I’m familiar with the case. She did a good thing, both in helping people who deserve it and in pointing out the hypocrisy of BLM and Antifa. As for the virtue signaling, I’m not insulting her, I’m just calling it like it is. If not for the business owner’s race, Nicole would have received near zero help. Few people would have heard about it, let alone donated, and the business would have had to rebuild with its own money, like everyone else. Nicole is well aware of this.
Dang! If I open a deli will she com over?
Exactly how “Emily Litella” would approach it.
You’re remembering the “endangered feces” rant, perchance?
Hmmm... I’ve heard a rumor somewhere that that is a whorehouse signal for some kind of special treatment...
Yes, I get it. She’s a “good guy” and on our side. But that doesn’t make her immune to virtue signaling. Were this her local corner deli, it would be different. If you don’t see it, that’s fine. It’s a great story. Heart warming and inspiring. I wish her all the best in reopening the deli. Maybe I should be less of a cynic. I wonder if they have good pastrami? Hard to find in SoCal. Ya pretty much gotta make your own, but mine doesn’t compare to a good NY deli...
Never heard of her... After watching the video sample I’m now a subscriber...
