Shortly after the Obamacare vote, a photo of Roberts “on vacation” on Malta was widely put out by the MSM. I thought the photo was odd. He was in a sport coat, carrying a briefcase, getting into a taxi, alone, in front of a financial institution. No kids, no wife, nothing.

John Roberts and his family's usual vacation spot is on the Maine seacoast... Tenant's Harbor, I believe.

I could be wrong, but I think his children are only 16 now and were much younger at the time of the Obamacare decision.

It has been suggested that his children’ adoptions were illegal and thus he feared that they could be taken away from him. Yet his children are now adult age. They have outgrown any risk of removal.

I have been suggesting that for several years now. Even if there is no legal jeopardy for his kids at this point and I don't know that,the sting of the truth of how he adopted them would destroy his career or what is left of it!
