People seem to be going out of their way to explain away how CJ Roberts can vote the way he does (not in one with what you want).
How about that he is a squish for a jurist? It can't be just that?
The mother-in-law interjects and states: 'wouldn't it be nice to have a blonde haired boy and girl from the home county'. I'm not sure if it was county Cork in Ireland or not. So through one way or another they found two birth mothers. I was never able to get any info on who,what agency, they used or how they got the names of the birth mothers.
They took the birth mothers to Central America with the children and adopted them from Central America to the US (I don't know the country never found any info on it)as if they were born in Central America.Patently illegal in so many ways.
Bush 43 selected Roberts as a Justice in July of 2005.The NYT did a standard bio which is hard to find now but wasn't several years ago. So if you don't believe me I really don't care. Anyway they did the standard bio and discovered what had happened to the kids but failed to go into any detail since the NYT is a gutless wonder of a paper anyway.
Little seemed to get in the way of the illegal adoption until Obamcare came before the Supreme Court and as head Justice Roberts wrote his brief. Initially it was against Obamcare. Once again if you can't find links I don't care. I know what I did and what I found.
My guess and it's only speculation but does make sense is that the obama/cia clowns running the administration at the time got desperate and started looking for anything they could find on Roberts to compromise him. (an old Clinton trick)I have no links on this it's all speculation.I also guessed that they may have used the HAMMR a high tech computer initially used to track terrorists to find anything they could on Roberts.I think they found the NYT article which would not have been too hard to find at the time. It would not have been too difficult to put the rest together, present it to Roberts, and own him ever since.
Justice Scalia spent a month grilling the shit out of Roberts as to why he changed his brief from against obamacare to "it's a tax." One of his pathetic reasons that came out later was that he was doing everyone a favor since an EO by a Republican President could have gotten rid of a tax,but that failed to get anyone's attention.
IMHO, Scalia was killed in part because he knew too much about why Roberts changed his mind on zero care.Once again I can't prove it other than Scalia is dead.
If you take a close look at Roberts' votes since obamacare you will find he sides with the hard left on key issues and is given a pass on the rest. Daca being the latest one.But there are others I just don't have the time to look them up. If you don't like what you just read do your own research,as for me I did mine.

Yes, to all you posted. It was beyond stupid for Roberts to do this. He could have adopted those kids or any kids legally. Sure, there’d be more paperwork but a lot easier on his bank account.
Fast forward to 2020. This adoption mess is way past the statute of limitations. The kids are now adults so can’t be sent back to whatever country. That Roberts isn’t standing up to his supposed conservative roots is proof he never was truly conservative. Once a snake in the grass, always a snake snake in the grass. Enough of trying to make him conservative. Put him in league with Kagan and Sotomayor and be done with it.
Back before the big internet cleanse, there was an article listing obamy and others with off shore accounts.
Also there is a finite list of Obama big wigs who would have been in on the plan to compromise Roberts. Which while being super hard to prove when you follow the dots it sure looks like that's what happened. If you are writing the brief for the conservative side of obamacare and you first write against obamacare and then out of the blue you change your mind and claim zero care was really a tax all along its a bit more than suspicious.
I may disagree there. The fact that he wrote the against for obamacare sort of suggests conservative credentials. Also the fact that he rewrote the brief so quickly also suggests something happened. Dealing with obama who copied everything that the Clintons ever did my bet remains Roberts was compromised.It was and still is the Clinton way.
Now that you mention it if you wanted to double compromise Roberts,threaten the loss of his kids on one hand and than offer to pay him on the other. He’s yours forever after that.
