As many of you already know we learned last week that Visa blacklisted Gab and we are now unable to process credit and debit card transactions. We learned more information this week and I think it’s important that I share it as a warning for others. It’s not just Gab that is blacklisted. It’s also my family. In China there is something called the Social Credit System, which was developed by the Communist Chinese Party as a “national reputation system.” This system tracks the “trustworthiness” of individuals, businesses, and organizations. “Trustworthiness” here means total and complete submission to the Chinese Communist Party. If the Communist Party deems you to be untrustworthy, you are denied access to plane tickets, train tickets, opening and operating businesses, and more.

I understand China. The communist government tracks your social credit score. If the Chinese government decides it doesn’t like your attitude, it can ruin your life. Sounds like communism to me.
In America, we’re having private corporations do that! Why??
I haven’t seen a case where, let’s say, Sears made BLM angry and so BLM drove Sears out of business. Or some famous US magazine published stuff that Planned Parenthood didn’t like, and so PP forced that magazine into bankruptcy.
That stuff isn’t happening.
And yet there is a long, long list of American corporations that are just terrified of ANTIFA and its friends and these corporations will jump through any hoops and ruin anyone who offends the Left.
The behavior of these companies is not logical. Feels like something much deeper is at work.

Years ago I used to joke that I wanted every car to have a little transponder that would let you beam a 'vote' on another drivers ability. Cuts you off? Thumb's down. Lets you cut in? Thumb's up! Then if that guy ever gets pulled over the cops could look at the reviews and decide if his A-hole score was low enough that he should get a break.
It was a joke, I had no idea that a nation would actually implement it in a far more sinister and pervasive way. But yes, it's coming here eventually.

I blames mutual funds. There is a ton of money in the market.
Owners of fund shares give their proxy to the funds, who are all run by liberals in NYC.
They force corporations to be social justice warriors, or get their board and officers replaced.
They go after individuals. If the CEO of Sears, or whatever, “allows” disapproval of BLM, or says White Lives Matter, they will be forced out. That is happening all across the country. Thanks to Obama and now Trump.
I was thinking about using Bitcoin a couple of weeks ago, no it looks like I will most likely be using Bitcoin in the near future to do business with websites like Gab.
What gets me they included his name and address for blacklisting.
In near future we will have to learn how to use the dark net and bitcoin to avoid detection / doxing.

This can be addressed by regulatory tweaks, undoing what 0bama had put in.

What needs to happen is Republican governors need to lean on them the way Cuomo leaned on the NY based major banks to blacklist gun stores, gun manufacturers, etc.
That is....”Visa, you WILL NOT do this OR I can promise you that you will face all kinds of regulatory difficulty in Florida, in Georgia, in Texas, etc etc. I will instruct my auditors to find things wrong with your business and your business license will be pulled, you will be suspended and not able to do business in this state, etc etc”.
That would force them to back down.
Since VISA is basically a monopoly, it's high time our cowardly GOP Senate haul them into to explain why they shouldn't be broken up.
