Proud Boys have advertised a rally in Portland-next Saturday I believe. Wonder if it’s the same kind of rally.
Unfortunately, ANTIFA will get wise to these tactics.
But I could be wrong.
The “KKK” used to do this and later Westboro was famous for it. It’s difficult to know who actually called in the rally but you could always count on a response and usually a violent one. Of course, the bad guys never appeared.
