I’m not saying this is right or wrong, but here in Aiken County, SC, at Wal*Mart, blacks man the deli, stock the shelves, gather groceries for pickup, man the checkouts, etc. Yes, there are whites working as well, but I bet the blacks outnumber them.
God bless these folks. They are friendly and give excellent service.

I was in the grocery business for 8 years because of the costs of my healthcare after the damn ACA!! I worked the overnight shift AND I never saw a black woman stocking shelves it was white and Hispanic guys!! I worked in bakery decorating cakes for the next day opening!! OMG this guy is stuck on stereo types OR what he thinks is going on!!
