Is this the case that began over a month before the election that the courts in Pennsylvania pooped on - but Justice Alito ordered Pennsylvania to segregate ballots based on mail-in and late arrivals... (which officials intentionally ignored and mingled them all together)?

Tbe press release, that went out under Rudy Giuliani’s name a short time ago, explains the intent of the 250+ page filing.
“Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., President Trump’s campaign committee, today filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the US. Supreme Court to reverse a trio of Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases which illegally changed Pennsylvania’s mail balloting law immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election in violation of Article II of the United States Constitution and Bush v. Gore ,” reads the statement, which says the petition “seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore.”

Because the gears of courts, even in an emergency, tend to turn slwoly. But it appears this is actually related to the lawsuit filed well before the election.
Because they charge by the hour. Draaaaaag it out.
I have been saying that for weeks. Here are the percentages. Percentages are overages of votes than registered voters by state. NV 125%, PA 109, MN 107, NC 106, WI 105, MI 105, AZ 101, GA 96. These states should have to have a do over. It is wrong for us to have to accept such obvious fraud.
PA had 109% of registered voters voting. IMPOSSIBLE.

Presuming they grant cert which is highly doubtful..oral arguments will probably be in April 2021 and the decision likely would come down at the end of the term around July 1st 2021 and they would likely just say don’t do that again....
This case even if accepted won’t won’t overturn the election but it could plug one of the holes in election law...
