Indiana Attorney General Begins Probe into Five Big Tech Corporations for Conservative Censorship Involving Biden’s Nominee Vanita Gupta

Indiana Attorney General has begun investigations into five Big Tech corporations for censorship of conservative content involving Joe Biden’s nominee, Vanita Gupta.

The probe includes companies Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter over whether they have “harmed Indiana consumers through business practices that are abusive, deceptive and/or unfair.”

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said, “In a free society, few assets are more important to consumers than access to information and the opportunity to express political viewpoints in meaningful forums.” Adding, “It is potentially harmful and unfair for these companies to manipulate content in ways they do not publicly discuss or that consumers do not fully understand.”

The Attorney General also said he is investigating Vanita Gupta over suspected actions to foster the five Big Tech companies to censor conservative viewpoints. “Gupta, who is President Joe Biden’s nominee to be associate U.S. attorney general,” Rokita writes, “has allegedly met with Facebook and Twitter executives to urge ‘more rigorous rules and enforcement,’ to use her own words as quoted in Time.”

“Gupta, according to the Time article, stressed that it was important for social media platforms to be ‘tagging things and taking them down,'” Rokita concludes....

Indeed, many questions remain about Gupta’s stock holding in a family enterprise that sold acetic anhydride to Mexican cartels, which is used to make high-grade ‘china white’ heroin and methamphetamine. Gupta has also been a proponent of raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour while also owning stock in her family’s company which pays its Mexican labor force $1.30 an hour....

Is there even one Democrat who isn’t a corrupt POS? Every one of these appointees has an entire Treblinka of skeletons in their closet.

This may be a smarter way to criminalize censorship than trying to prove political bias. In this case, you only have to prove that the provider is not being open and clear about how it is manipulating their own services to the consumer.

I think the ultimate qualifier for joining the Biden ‘team’ is: “How much crime do you have in your background and how much more are you willing and capable of?”

Agreed. If they can show harm was done, then that would be the way to go. Course this may backfire and open up all kinds of ‘harm lawsuits” against conservative busin3sses by vindictive liberals, but it’s worth a try

You can also go after individuals in the company who violate the company’s rules. I think that suing the moderators who do these things is an excellent course to take. If these left wing shyts have to pay for their own defenses it’ll make the others think twice.

It’s not “corporations” who do anything. It is individuals hiding in the corporation. Go after them individually. Bankrupt and destroy them.

They idiotic Republicans don't seem to understand that they lost corporate support across the board as the percentage of foreign borne soldiers, management, and executives.

Microsoft is a prime example. I consulted at Microsoft about from 2005 to 2006 and in a meeting with upper management they were growing about how smart it was to use H-1B programmers. I told them that it hollowed out American workers in IT, and was now beginning to hollow out middle management, and that if it follows its natural progression the executive suite wasn't safe.

Let me introduce you to Satya Narayana Nadella. He is the foreign born Indian-American CEO of Microsoft who seems to be content in attacking and attempting to subjugate native born, cultural Americans. He became the CEO of Microsoft when he replaced the idiotic Steve Ballmer in 2014.

You can definitely give Satya props for not getting by on his looks. Some freaky women might fantasize about lubing up his smooth, shiny head but I do not think that got him where he is.

Selling acetic anhydride to Mexican cartels.
Vanita Gupta sounds like the Lydia character from “Breaking Bad”.

Once these firms censored content for political reasons, they were guilty of illegal political contributions. They also crossed the line from being interactive computer services to content providers and as content providers they are not exempt from liability under 47 U.S. Code § 230.

We The People are overdue to remove their Section 230 protections.

nothing of value will be done for America by the current GOP. It is time to start a new political party.
