I watched Dr. Shiva’s video many months ago. It was very compelling.

Dr. Ayyadurai is claiming that the Constitution trumps CDA 230 and the government cannot outsource to private actors to silence people’s speech they disagree with, and that the government and Twitter are acting together as one: that Twitter is essentially a state actor.

All of them are. If corporate censorship is allowed, it will quickly be implemented as government censorship through pressure or influence or because the companies are wannabe whores of the government.

All the big tech corporations are falling all over themselves to be whores for the government.

It appears, according to the article, that disclosure has already shown government directed interference in censorship on the platform. Strong case it appears. TBD. Hopefully this Reagan appointed judge does due diligence and integrity.

I knew him at MIT as an undergrad ... he was weird then too. But as you say, if he can get Twitter nailed we owe him a debt of gratitude.
