Twitter,Facebook,Youtube,etc must be forbidden by law to censor speech that's not approved by Rat Party Headquarters.
Can’t they claim in their defense that they’re not truly a “state actor” since they only act on the wishes of one political party?

If Section 230 gets thrown out, that will do more to stop the drive towards Fascism here than just about anything else.
IIRC, Trump asked for 230 to be looked at in an executive ordr....and Biden did the opposite.

Big Tech has some very clever attorneys, that’s for sure, who know the ways around the law better than the regulators. Still, this is our best shot. Trump was barred from blocking troll followers on his twitter account because that was deemed “viewpoint discrimination”. Applying the same standard (I know, good luck, right) would suggest Dr. Shiva just can’t be banned by twitter. But again, the opposition has the tech, the lawyers, $$, everything.
It sounds like this could have interesting far reaching effects. Recently, the Biden cabal has mentioned or hinted that they might be attempting to investigate or out “extremists” via NGO or private proxy groups. These would monitor social media “organs”, and compile their “lists” of people to... award one way tickets to Siberia... hehehe~!
I would think that this would include FR. Probably has for years. Trolls are nothing new here. Remember Ash or Tacobad? This ruling may explode CDA 230, and allow lawsuits against the Social Media company or any other private canaries that the government may hire. A game changer, if it really happens.
