I "appealed" the decision and their reply was that I had clearly violated some "community standard".
Twitter,Facebook,Youtube, etc must be forbidden by law to censor speech that's not approved by Rat Party Headquarters.
Can’t they claim in their defense that they’re not truly a “state actor” since they only act on the wishes of one political party?

Finally...hope they nail twitter to the wall.
This is a big case with multiple concepts at play. I hope he wins each and every one of them.
The Swamp’s legal army will act to protect censorship by Big Tech as long as it targets conservative speech.
Nice to see someone taking this crap to court, rather than singing: “Woe is me!” and “It’s not fair”.
If Section 230 gets thrown out, that will do more to stop the drive towards Fascism here than just about anything else.
IIRC, Trump asked for 230 to be looked at in an executive ordr....and Biden did the opposite.
All crap. Always. Prove me wrong.
Someone get this to Bannon ASAP to have Dr. Shiva on and blow this thing wide open!
It sounds like this could have interesting far reaching effects. Recently, the Biden cabal has mentioned or hinted that they might be attempting to investigate or out “extremists” via NGO or private proxy groups. These would monitor social media “organs”, and compile their “lists” of people to... award one way tickets to Siberia... hehehe~!
I would think that this would include FR. Probably has for years. Trolls are nothing new here. Remember Ash or Tacobad? This ruling may explode CDA 230, and allow lawsuits against the Social Media company or any other private canaries that the government may hire. A game changer, if it really happens.
As The Beatles sang, Let it Be. Twitter’s political bans are corrupt and need to be stopped.
Will go straight to the appeal court.
Where’s the “And so it begins” guy?
Shiva is a weird guy and it’s a bit creepy how he’s selling his products and services as part of a supposed political movement, but he’s a smart dude. Would be fantastic if he really nailed Twitter here. (And I’d guess Facebook, etc., have similar backdoors for government hands in their operations?)
No matter what this judge does, the far left liberal 1st Circuit is going to protect Twatter.
This is a stretch.
“A private entity can qualify as a state actor in a few limited circumstances-including, for example, … when the government compels the private entity to take a particular action…”
The very definition of Fascism.
Here’s to hopes that Twatter gets smacked down - hard!
