It's all cute to say that he's not really the president. His administration is killing some of us right now and I'm not referrring to the minor issue of gas shortage. If he wasn't really the president then what he's doing right now would not affect us at all.

They are, and they deserve whatever scrutiny comes their way.
In this case, the problem is that, even if there were two steering wheels, we don't know that Biden wasn't driving. Their video highlights Biden turning the steering wheel right, then focuses on the wheels pointing straight. So? If the wheels were pointing left, then the wheel was turned right, the wheels might be straight.
I saw a video early that looked like there were two. The spot in the video that you just pointed out doesn't seem to show two. <shrug>
What I do know for sure is that the media would be tearing Pres. Trump apart for this.

Another theory bites the dust.
The AP vid also shows why the guy in the passenger seat has his hand up near the dash in the C-SPAN video. It’s to keep whatever that silver & black object is from sliding off the dash when Biden accelerates.
The symbolism is off the charts.
Someone else really is driving.
