When will the Republicans wake up and see that the Democrat Party is not working for the US’s best interest? They work for POWER and will do anything to get it and keep it.
We saw in nearly every big state lawsuit after the election that Obama judges were being assigned to the cases. They had multiple documents ready before they even heard the cases which ruled against President Trump and the American people every time.
In February 2017 we reported on Obama and Carter judges making insane rulings against President Trump.
We saw Obama judges obstructing justice with unconstitutional and bizarre ruling to halt policies President Trump wanted in place to protect America.
As recent as May an Obama judge attempted to stop the pardon of Steve Bannon.
Now, in some of the most important cases in US history to decide the freedom of speech, we get more Obama judges.
In President Trump’s case against Twitter, assigned is Obama Judge Robert Nichols Scola Jr. (read his confirmation hearing here)
In President Trump’s case against Facebook, another Obama Judge – Kathleen M. Williams
In President Trump’s case against YouTube, a George H. Bush judge – Kevin Michael Moore.

There is strong Supreme Court that the First Amendment applies to “private” Public Squares. Even if the 3-judge panel rejects it, Trump can still take it all the way to the Supreme Court.

I just always keep in mind that DJT is smarter than all of these people and that because he uses his intelligence for good and doesn’t, for one thing, tie up his thought in lies and ulterior motives, as they all do, he is more intelligent than all of them put together. Every one of these creeps that he had working for him he had there to be watched. He’s not Reagan he’s not W nor Mr Smith goes to Washington and he is not PT Barnum. He is on to these people and way ahead of their legal teams.
People can either be surprised in the end or they can stop being so naive and ascribing that naïveté to Trump. But not both.

I don’t imagine that there will many facts in dispute, so these cases will be decided on the law and on appeal.
This was always going to be appealed regardless of which court got it. Just the first stop on the journey.
I expect the Supreme Chickens to refuse to hear it.
I think this was anticipated and that this suit is a part of the strategy but not the entirety of it.
I’m optimistic about nothing within this rotten system. The Orioles win more than we do.
So why didn’t he foresee all this election fraud that ousted him from office?
