Did You purchase the Ammo or who did ?
I would hope that Remington replaced them with multiple boxes of good Ammo, a refund and a letter of apology.
I’m glad to know that You saw the problem before using any of those rounds.

It started with a FB post. It was 13 out of 60 rounds of .243. I’ve seen reports on .223, as well. If you look. you can find stories of the same from years ago. I shoot Remington Core-long for hunting ammo. Have a good supply from years ago. I trust it, but it’s possible the an ealing process is not going well with the new employees.
