Actually.. if your credit is good enough, and you have a good ongoing relationship with the bank, the bank will take a rather simple personal statement alone.
I have bought many rental properties over the years with a rather simple one-page statement of my current financial state and the most basic of numbers on the proposed deal.
The bank is in the business of lending money. People who borrow are how banks make money. They are looking for people with good credit and high net worths who they can lend money too and collect interest off of. And once you have established a track record with one, it gets easier and easier as you build up trust with them.

That’s your opinion, but the biggest threat to Democrats is a MAGA Candidate winning and making real change in the country, DJT is the MAGA candidate since he started the movement, take out the leader and movement dies is what they think IMO, plus the NY AG is someone looking for the notch on her belt to cement her place in the party. She took out Cuomo and after he was gone, she dropped all the investigations, IMO the same thing would happen with Trump. Convince me otherwise.

Well he actually won in 2020, so how did that work out for him, and our country??? You don't actually believe that Democrats will let anyone take their power away, do you?? We've already seen what they will do, and they did it with Republican support on January 6th. Democrats won't be happy until the man is dead, and all his supporters locked up or destroyed.
Something I find interesting is that if he over-inflated his value so much on these properties, then why are his taxes not reflecting that?
My home is taxed on it’s appraised value, so is my business and my other properties. Is NYC or the state different than that?
I imagine that if the city came back with an astronomical property tax bill incredibly inflated over true value that Trump would go ballistic over that.

Around here they nickle and dime us to death over every little thing, I can’t imagine them not doing the same to him as much as he’s hated by them apparently.
Unless he borrowed a huge amount then defaulted on those loans then this is strictly between him and the bank. I deal with banks all the time, they don’t write huge checks without approval from the board and you better believe they will wrap you up with enough collateral to usually cover double the loan’s value. I just don’t see a crime here at all, a big nothingburger with no cheese.
Also they mentioned insurance values as well which I find interesting too. My home is appraised by the insurance company for replacement value in case they have to do it, they don’t just use the banks appraisal either, they have their own method of determining the payout amount above and beyond bank figures. If he inflated the prices on his valuation of property them he drives his insurance costs through the roof, so what would be the reasoning for him to pay so much more for nothing?
This whole thing is BS and I hope his lawyers just tear this idiot to pieces for even saying this to besmirch his name, and with the video clips shown here I could see a libel or slander lawsuit wouldn’t be out the question either.
That’s my entire point, if Trump runs he will likely win, given the disaster Democrats have given us, the only things that will stop him are charges being filed and another fixed election.
This time the election will be harder to fix IMO, but that won’t matter if someone indicts him for a crime, then as a last resort they will attempt to fix the election again.
I changed my political party to "no party" after January 6th. I won't be voting again until voter fraud is totally, and permanently eliminated. At 74, that will never happen in what time I have left on this earth. I can no longer support the GOP, because they don't respect you or me enough to want to protect our ballots from voter fraud. I'm done with them. I love Trump, but I will be hard-pressed to vote for him or any other Republican candidate if I'm still alive in 2024. I live in New York State, so it's not as if my vote counts anyway. Democrats will never give up on cheating.
I think a combination of things will make it harder for the Democrats to cheat.
Republicans now know how the cheating takes place.
A few states, Georgia in particular have tightened up their laws, the Democrats would not be pushing for the nationalization of election laws if they were not worried.
Republicans are taking a much more active role in the election process, poll watchers, volunteer election workers, etc...I’m going to work as a volunteer poll worker this coming November.
Hopefully the Republicans won’t allow Covid to be such a big issue allowing unlimited mail in voting with no safeguards.
Can the Democrats still cheat, absolutely but it will much harder IMO.
