I usually leave my spouse rants to other forums (and on occasion - my ears). But her rant about the latest Supreme Court ruling has received so many digital fist-bumps that I had to share it here. With that said, I humbly present to you - my wife - lady jimjohn (un-redacted).

With apologies to my more delicate friends: I will give you a minute to leave the room before I rant...
Ok. To the rest of you: I don’t care what side of this issue you are on…stop with the drama and overreacting. This decision changes very little. All it does is take the federal government’s fingers out of our twats where they didn’t belong in the first place, and put the abortion argument back in the hands of each state’s voters where they started. It didn’t stop any abortions.
DO you know why they are so mad right now? They are afraid you petty little American citizens will figure out where else in your lives those federal fingers don’t belong. You’ve seen what they did with viruses and masks and needles…(oh, and Crazy Uncle Joe says another pandemic is coming…undoubtedly right before elections) ….and the border, and the police and the criminals and the burning of cities and destruction of businesses owned by folks of every flavor, and schools with shootings and CRT, and access to gas and baby formula and printing money and devaluing our dollar: the list is friggin’ endless.
But no, let’s distract everyone with this right now…let’s keep them angry and divided. On both sides.
Maybe they won’t notice how we have nearly destroyed an entire country in what…18 months? You fools. Absolute morons. Pathetic followers. Straighten up and fly right.
Stop reposting all the boohoo memes and do your research. All of you saying this is a slap in the face of women’s rights? I haven’t heard this loud voice about men competing in women’s sports and the unfair advantage of that, about women being trafficked, about vaginal mutilation of young girls…. Where are your friggin' loud voices and memes for those causes? Have you thrown any effort or money or time into those causes, or are you too busy buying your pink twat hats?
No, only when it comes to killing babies…I bet you haven’t even read the wording on the actual decision, you just pat yourself and feel self-righteous for the cause.
PATHETIC.
They are demoralizing the very idea of what a woman is right under your noses and with your permission. THIS WEEK we are women…by next week we will be back to “Birthing people”. Good Grief. Wake up…women are being used and abused and they are joining right in. Insanity. The very wonder and beauty of being a woman is being downplayed and taken away.
And you on the right? How many abortions does this stop exactly? None. Again, it just put the decision back at the state levels. IT WAS NEVER FOR THE JUDICIARY BRANCH TO MAKE LAWS-they are there to enforce and defend existing laws. And our so-called leaders getting up on their soapboxes and screaming outrageous lies: "OH, they are taking away our constitutional rights…" BULLSHIT! Find that spot in the constitution about sticking an instrument up your vajayjay and killing something.
I’ll wait while you read that amazing document...
Right. Thought so.
So now we will see the leftist gang violence spurred on by elected officials – and those gangs and protesters are ready at a moment’s notice to do so. Isn’t it amazing how fast those assembly-line signs are made and distributed?
Shame on those Obamas, Pelosis, Schumers, etc. for spewing lies and hate. Shame on the biased media for supporting it. Disgusting. No rights have been taken away. Not a one.
Also, let's talk about diversity for a minute (Oh, not you, you are white, straight, pudgy suburban woman…we didn’t mean you): if you say you are in favor of diversity but then spew hate on others who believe in other things, and those beliefs don’t harm you at all…you’re just phoning in that whole diversity mantra, right? So people think you are cool? All these identity politics…how stupid. It's like saying “I want to be a nonconformist like everyone else”.
You are not celebrating diversity; you are running your own cause up the flagpole and demanding everyone salute. If you really CELEBRATED DIVERSITY, you would be embracing others who are different, and actually enjoying the differences and meaningful conversation and the education of the whole experience this country offers, and not demanding “rights” based on something that doesn’t even matter.
SO, you are proud to support diverse stuff, like the LBGTQ community, but you spew hate on Christians and others who believe a life is sacred? OLD SCHOOL LIBS WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS, although so many have gotten swept up in the extreme left movement because they cannot admit they have been betrayed by their own…and they are old and this is easier than really thinking and examining the facts.
It’s time for this country to grow up, get along, and own your responsibilities... and stop handing everything to your kids...teach them to work-really work, for what they want. Start your own, sorry-ass self right back at kindergarten: Be kind, stop tattling, wait your turn, help each other, learn what you can...
...and maybe take a nap to improve your attitude.
That's her $0.02 (My Wife, Ladies and Gentlemen)
[mrs] jimjohn - OUT.
(now you see who really drops the mic around here)
Exactly. I was all for women’s rights when it was equal pay for equal work.
The left carries everything too far.
Exactly.
Lucky man!...She may want to tweek it a bit...as another said...some states ummediately banned abortions. Might want to tell women to go get legislation passed in their respective states if they are so bent on killing the future.
Excellent!
This sentence struck me, “I want to be a nonconformist like everyone else”.
I firmly believe that many, perhaps most, of the left just want to be a part of the “In Crowd” and do very little thinking of their own. They want to be “nonconformist like everyone else”.
That was great Thanks!
“All it does is take the federal government’s fingers out of our twats where they didn’t belong in the first place, and put the abortion argument back in the hands of each state’s voters where they started. It didn’t stop any abortions.”
Actually it doesn’t “take the federal government’s fingers out of our twats”.
Congress could easily pass a law (if they had the votes) that would do what Roe did, and it would apply to all 50 states.
What the court did was a Pontius Pilot act. They washed their hands of the whole abortion issue and told the other two branches of government and the states to deal with it as they wish.
That’s basically it. A very wise ruling IMHO.
Excellent commentary ... and imagery.
When the courts, the legislature or president do something conservatives disagree with they peacefully demonstrate, debate on forums, make and post MEMEs,
try to contact their representatives and vote for candidates who agree with their point of view.
When the courts, the legislature or president do something democrats disagree with they throw fits like unruly children, they riot and engage in uncivil disorder,
they threaten, terrorize, injure and even kill people who disagree with them, and they loot, firebomb and destroy their own communities.
” This decision changes very little. All it does is take the federal government’s fingers out of our twats where they didn’t belong in the first place, and put the abortion argument back in the hands of each state’s voters where they started. It didn’t stop any abortions.”
EXACTLY. All the trashy females who are too stupid to use birth control can STILL have the babies ripped out of themselves. Pardon me for my bluntness.
BRAVO! 100% spot on. I am going to put this on my Facebook and gettr pages. WITH attribution to the Mrs.
Most excellent! Thank you Mrs. Jimjohn and jimjohn for sharing!
You are very correct.
